Is this event open to the public?
This is an invitation-only event. If you've received this link, you've been personally invited. Seats are strictly limited to ensure an intimate, exclusive experience for all guests.
How do I pay for my tickets?
After submitting your reservation request, Bryce will send you a payment link via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
What is the refund / cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person with at least 48 hours notice before the event. Please contact Bryce at [email protected] to arrange a transfer.
Is parking available near the venue?
Yes, Playacar offers street parking and there are lots nearby. We also recommend Uber or Cabify for a stress-free evening.
Will there be non-alcoholic options?
Yes. Water and non-alcoholic beverages are included for all guests throughout the evening. Vegan food options are also available — please note this on your reservation form so we can ensure they're ready for you.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please indicate any dietary requirements when booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee all restrictions can be met with the tapas menu.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
This is a 18+ event in accordance with Mexican law regarding alcohol consumption.
